The seller can create anticipation in an auction with silent bids. Before the Auction starts, silent bids can be allowed, which no one can see, until the highest Opening bid is displayed on the day of the Auction.

Secure Escrow Payment is an option unique to DXAuctions and the DXSynergy system. The seller can instill confidence in their bidders by choosing to run a Secure Escrow Payment Auction. This creates a more secure auction for both the seller and the buyer. Any payment by the buyer, once sent, is held by DXAuctions in third party escrow status until such time as the buyer has received and confirmed the merchandise.
DXAuctions then releases the payment to the seller. This eliminates any risk of the seller not sending the merchandise once paid for, and also the risk of the buyer cancelling payment after receiving the goods. Both the buyer and the seller are confident that the purchase will run smoothly.
