What Is A DXDirect?

Are you looking for a way to securely make payments for goods and services, be it across town or across the globe? Stop looking! With a DXDirect you have the ability to make a secured payment to anyone across the globe in any of the supported currencies within the DXSystem.

The DXDirect Transfer is only available from one DXAccount to another DXAccount using DXGold or other currencies. A DXDirect 'Collect' transfer can be sent to an email address of an existing DXAccount holder or someone without a DXAccount. After the product or service is received by the sender of the funds (the seller) and the buyer is satisfied, the sender can then 'Release' the funds to the seller.

How Does It Work?

DXDirect payments allow you to choose between two payment methods, 'instant' and 'collection' payments. Instant payments work much the same as standard transactions between banks or money orders; once you make the payment, the receiver can collect it without any further interaction from the sender.

Collection payments offer the extra protection of payment security by providing an escrow based payment process. Once you make payment, the receiver can claim the payment, but it is then up to the sender to release that payment to the receiver. This provides the maximum possible security for the payments that may be for Auctions or other online purchases where the receiver is not a known/trusted party.

What Are The Charges?

The costs for DXDirect payments are well below that of similar services such as Western Union or Telegraphic Transfers. The cost of a DXDirect payment is charged to the sender of the payment and there are no fees for receiving/claiming a DXDirect. To learn more about a DXDirect view the DXDirect Information page.
